1. NEW REGISTRAR AND STUDENT AFFAIRS CONTACT-POINT (MELAKA CAMPUS)
The Job
 Applicant needs to possess the required experience coupled with a professional telephone manner, excellent customer service skills and knowledge of Word and Excel software.
 Applicant will be responsible for providing a professional, efficient and reliable reception service.
 Act as the first point of contact to the office of Registrar and Student Affairs, respond promptly to telephone enquiries , handle and resolve complaints, provide product and service information, route calls to appropriate resource, follow-up with enquiry calls where necessary etc.
The Person
 Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
 Relevant working experience in the related field is an added advantage.
 Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, consultative and problem solving skills.
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Self motivated and able to succeed in a fast pace customer focus environment.
 Pleasant, patient and self discipline.
 Fluent written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
 Full-Time position available.
 Must be willing to work in the Melaka Campus.
